Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 handfuls of shredded cabbage
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon tuna extract (or fish sauce as a substitute)
  • 1 can of tuna (drained of oil)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon perilla oil or sesame oil
  • A pinch of roasted sesame seeds (Optional)
  • Half a bowl of cooked white rice

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the shredded cabbage until slightly softened.
  2. Add oyster sauce, tuna extract, and the drained tuna. Stir-fry together.
  3. Make a small well in the center and crack in an egg. Cover the pan with a lid and let the egg cook on low heat.
  4. Serve the mixture over warm rice. Drizzle with sesame oil or perilla oil, and sprinkle with sesame seeds to finish.
